(1). First of all for this pc trick you have to click on START button.
(2). Then you have to choose RUN option from the pop up menu that appears when you click on START button.
(3). Now the main step for this pc trick, you have to type Regedit in the command prompt.
(4). Press enter.
(5). This will open Registry Editor.
(6). Now look for the key
HKEY_LOACAL_MACHINES and double click on it as shown in screen shot below.Then in it choose System option and double click on it.

(7). After this you have to find CurrentControlSet as shown below.
(8). Now there you find the Key Called
"Startup Delay"
(9). Double Click On It “Startup Delay”
(10). Now choose Decimal option as shown in the screen shot below.
Now its Default Value Is 4800000 (75300:hexadecimal)
Change The Value To 40000
